Cultivating Inner Wisdom

Cultivating Inner Wisdom enables you to get grounded and focused so that you can manifest your heart's desire.

You will learn and practice tools for becoming mindful, communicating and sharing from your experience. We will use tools from Hakomi and Gestalt modalities as well as Reichian breathwork tools.

You will be introduced to speaking and listening directly, the practice of noticing vs. thinking and the basic skills needed to free yourself from the relentless judgments of your mind.

  • You will learn how direct, honest communication leads to greater intimacy and discover how to speak and listen honestly.
  • You will discover the difference between your authentic self and the person you have been inventing to please others.
  • You will have the opportunity to free yourself from the assumptions, illusions, beliefs and expectations that cause much stress and suffering.
  • You will be able to interrupt your mind and eliminate stumbling blocks to your happiness and satisfaction.
  • You will experience the freedom that comes from truthfulness and have clear practices that will give you a great starting place to practice more honesty in your life.
