The Holistic Fitness course extends upon the foundations aquired in Passion Training.

Objectives - acquired skills and competencies:

  • Evaluate specific areas' strengths and needs
  • Create a customized holistic fitness plan
Topics include:
  • Advanced neurosomatic tools
  • Neurorespiratory and neuromuscular integration
  • Complete mind-body workouts.
Format: Guided online studies + a weekend workshop.
