That's why we're so happy to tell you about our new CD that will not only raise needed funds for peace and justice organizations, but will also inspire and educate an information-starved public in the process. With the propaganda machine grinding on, voices of reason and of passion for peace are sorely needed. We're very excited to have produced a double compact disc that will include some of today's most inspirational peace music from artists around the globe. Peace and justice organizations can also order the CDs at a special rate for their own fundraising activities. The Make Love Not War CD is by far the best compilation of peace and inspirational music I have ever heard since the No Nukes album way back in the 70's. It reflects the inspiration that is growing across this planet for a world without war and is expressed through the musicians in our network that will give you a taste of what the spirit of butterflies and transformational music is all about. Hear Music The music includes two songs by Stephan Smith, one of which he recorded with Pete Seeger, the song Not in Our Name and twenty-one other titles. Not in Our Name was featured in the first Unity Network Soundtrack for Peace CD Project which also included the Pacifica Radio Archives' "Voices for Peace" with commentary by Lord Bertrand Russell, Gore Vidal, Maxine Waters, Howard Zinn, Michael Moore, Martin Luther King, Jr. and others. You may already know that we organized a nude peace photo of couples embracing and spelling out the message Make Love Not War for the cover of our CD at Baker Beach in San Francisco on April 19, 2003. It was exactly one month to the day that the War on Iraq began.
