Holistic psychologists serve an important role in society today. More and more people experience difficulties with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or other issues at some point in their lives, and public acceptance and demand for holistic health practitioners is clearly expanding. Incorporating dance and movement, yoga, breathwork, spiritual healing, and expressive arts takes clients beyond words alone to tap into their own inner resources for healing. It gives them tools for healthier living, and people are becoming progressively more aware of this advantage.
