This course delves into the specialized research methodologies and approaches essential for investigating the effectiveness and mechanisms of holistic health practices. Students will explore both qualitative and quantitative research designs, data collection, and analysis techniques relevant to the study of mind-body interventions, complementary and alternative medicine, and integrative health. The course will emphasize critical evaluation of research evidence, ethical considerations, and the application of research findings to inform evidence-based practice in holistic health.
