This course delves into water’s historical and contemporary uses for healing and wellness. Students will examine the scientific basis for hydrotherapy, explore a variety of aquatic healing modalities, and analyze their efficacy in addressing physical and psychological ailments. The course will also consider water’s cultural and spiritual significance across different traditions.
