This course explores social intelligence and conflict resolution, teaching communication, empathy, and mediation skills.

This course explores the intersection of social intelligence and leadership. Students will learn to understand and navigate social dynamics, develop effective communication and empathy skills, and constructively apply conflict resolution strategies. The course will cover topics such as:

  • Understanding social cues and emotional intelligence
  • Analyzing conflict styles and their impact
  • Developing effective communication and active listening skills
  • Applying mediation and negotiation techniques
  • Addressing conflict in various settings: interpersonal, group, and organizational

By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the tools and strategies to navigate social interactions with greater confidence and resolve conflicts effectively, fostering positive relationships and collaborative environments.
